Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales & Customer Service Executive/Telesales Executive to support our sales growth in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants/Cafes, Catering/Distribution). The role focuses on outbound calling, lead generation, order conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities



1. Make outbound sales calls to HORECA clients (restaurants, cafes, hotels)

2. Maintain current accounts

3. Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders

4. Follow up on quotations, samples, and inactive accounts

5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and support for customer product development needs.

6. Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and client feedback

7. Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales.

8. Address and resolve customer complaints, implementing recovery strategies to maintain satisfaction.

9. Providing timely and effective support to field sales team requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
