We're looking for an energetic Sales and Customer Engagement Executive to join our team--someone who is not only driven by sales but also committed to delivering a remarkable customer experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Engagement Executive. This person will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, managing partner coordination, providing outstanding customer support, and identifying new business opportunities--all while hitting sales and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation & Lead Conversion
Actively reach out to potential customers and follow up on inbound leads to convert them into bookings.
Drive new sales by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
2. Customer Interaction & Class Consultation
Respond to customer inquiries about classes (via phone, email, chat).
Recommend appropriate class options based on customer interests and successfully
close sales.
3. Booking Coordination with Partners
Coordinate with service providers to confirm bookings and ensure customers' expectations are met.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the partner, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
4. Lead Management & CRM
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, their statuses, and follow-up actions.
Use CRM or internal tools to track pipeline progress and optimize lead conversion.
5. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant internal or external partners to resolve issues.
Escalate more complex problems to management as needed.
6. Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
Identify and reach out to potential new business partners (e.g., instructors, service providers).
Handle onboarding and maintain positive, professional relationships with all partners.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
Track record of achieving sales targets and handling multiple leads simultaneously
Proficiency in using CRM tools or a willingness to learn quickly
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation and persuasion skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus
