Job Description
READ BEFORE APPLY We are currently seeking two dynamic and motivated Sales Ladies to join our team from the Philippines. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in customer engagement, answering calls, making outbound calls, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base. If the candidate possesses accounting skills, it would be considered a valuable asset. Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Outbound Sales:
- Proactively making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Understanding customer needs and presenting solutions effectively.
- Business Development:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Accounting Support (if applicable):
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Collaborating with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles (preferred but not mandatory).
- High level of motivation and a target-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
