Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic

Sales Executive & Counsellor

to engage with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, provide expert guidance, and drive enrollment for our programs. This role combines relationship-building, counselling, and sales to ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to admission.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Provide guidance on program selection, admission requirements, and career opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners. Conduct presentations, webinars, and information sessions to showcase programs. Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall admissions growth. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support lead generation and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or student counselling Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team. Knowledge of higher education programs (BBA, MBA, DBA) is a plus.
