Coordinate with the sales team to gather and track client requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with clients as needed.
Ensure timely submission of offers, tender documents, and order confirmations.
Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
Administrative Duties
Raise sales invoices and delivery notes in coordination with the accounts department.
Assist in tracking payment status and coordinating collection follow-ups.
Handle documentation related to contracts, LPOs, and project handovers.
Organize and maintain files--digital and physical--related to sales and customer accounts.
Team & Client Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Act as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients.
IT/Industry-Specific Support
Understand technical specifications of biometric and IT products.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners for product availability and pricing.
Support sales with product documentation, datasheets, and application details.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or admin roles, preferably in the
IT or tech industry
.
Familiarity with
biometric systems, software licensing, or hardware sales
is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP or invoicing systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
