We work closely with some of the biggest paper mills in Asia, Europe, and South America to provide our customers with excellent service and support.We\'re looking for a Sales/Logistics Assistant who will assist in the Customer support operations of business in Dubai, Silicon Oasis area.Mandatory- Letter of Credit, Pro Forma invoice and Sales Contract.

\xef\xbb\xbfLanguage- Tagalog, Native English\xef\xbb\xbf - Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is imperative.- Knowledge of document handling (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Vessel Certificates etc.).- Practice in dealing with Letters of Credit and coordinating the related financial transactions between clients and the banks will be seen as an advantage.- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and plenty of initiative.- A hard-working individual who is willing to take on any new challenges and learn new things.- Ability to follow instructions and take direction.- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics Navision system would be seen as an advantage.- First-rate knowledge of Microsoft Office; in particular word processing and spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
