Job Description

BRANDBOX Media Productions, a one-stop creative, digital, and media content production company, is looking to employ a full-time Business Development Executive in Sales someone with the smarts to generate sales leads, a talent for sourcing new opportunities, and a passion for building new customer relationships. Skills - Business Development - Sales - Communication skills - Organization skills - Multi-Tasking - Lead Generation - Target Oriented - RFP (request for proposal) Responsibilities and Duties - Work closely with the Management and Business Development Manager to develop new business and long-term account opportunities focused on financial gain - Grow our business by researching leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and arranging chemistry meetings - Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials - Meet and exceed set targets - Manage client leads in different sectors including luxury, fashion, food, tourism, and the government sector - Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction - Work efficiently with the creative team to ensure the client's requirements are delivered in brief and on time. - Develop quotes and proposals for new clients - Create winning proposals and RFPs to gain new business - Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events What you need to have : - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - At least one year of experience in the relevant industry i.e., media production, marketing, and advertising - Previous experience in a video production / digital agency is not a must but is an advantage - Excellent command of the English language - Arabic is a plus - Strong communication skills and IT fluency - Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects - Excellent organizational skills - Project management skills - A UAE valid driving license is mandatory - Ability to flourish with minimal guidance with a proactive, can-do attitude, ability to be flexible and seek alternative options to problems Our company believes in growing together and we strive to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all our employees.
