We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales

Team Leader

with proven experience in Dubai's real estate market. As a Team Leader, you will manage and mentor the team of agents, ensuring performance, motivation, and results. You will be provided with

daily marketing leads

to support your team's success.

Responsibilities:

Propose, develop and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with business goals Lead, coach, and guide a team of real estate agents to meet their sales targets. Ability to create a real estate team Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions. Monitor and improve team performance through regular evaluations and strategies. Maintain a strong understanding of current real estate projects and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and admin departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships for repeat business. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management

Requirements:

10+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least

3 years of experience

as a

Team Leader

in the real estate industry in Dubai Strong leadership and motivational skills RERA certificate and Driving License (Required) Speak fluent Russian and English Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ability to handle pressure and drive team performance. Must be self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred
