Job Responsibilities: ?Actively sell company properties, including plots, villas, and buildings (commercial & residential) ?Identify and pursue potential leads, establish client relationships, and conduct property viewings Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets ? Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively ? Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors' activities Job Requirements: ?

Must have Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience ?

Must have a valid UAE driving license ?

Fluency in the Arabic language (both verbal and written) ? Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications or Skills: ?Strong networking and relationship-building skills ?. Proficiency in using real estate databases and online listing platforms Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques in the real estate industry Excellent presentation and negotiation skills ? Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences ? Strong organizational and time management abilities ? Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills ? Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with financial calculations related to real estate transactions ? Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse clients and colleagues Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions in the UAE ? Familiarity with CRM software ?Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Knowledge of Sharjah ,Ajman and Umm AlQuian , real estate market and regulations Selling Points & Attractive Aspects: ?
