Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and property portals.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on their needs and budget.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings.
Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Maintain and update listings on CRM and online platforms.
Ensure all legal documents (MOUs, tenancy contracts, etc.) are correctly prepared and submitted.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong customer service and sales abilities
Knowledge of the local real estate market and laws
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Multilingual (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business or related field
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
Work Conditions:
Commission-based role (with basic salary)
Flexible working hours based on client needs
Field-based and office coordination required
