Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through various channels
Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying/renting process
Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property inventory
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service
Requirements
5+ years Proven
experience in real estate sales
in the UAE market
Excellent communication skills in both
Arabic and English
Strong understanding of property market trends, client management, and closing deals
Familiarity with UAE property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
Knowledge of RERA regulations and sales procedures is a plus
Professional appearance and a positive, client-focused attitude
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
