Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Male Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the UAE real estate market, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience. This role involves actively sourcing leads, building client relationships, presenting property options, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Responsibilities:



Actively identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online platforms). Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and preferences to effectively present suitable property options. Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property features, pricing, and market conditions. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively. Coordinate with relevant parties (e.g., developers, legal teams) to ensure a seamless transaction process. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and competitor activities in the UAE. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Qualifications:



Male candidate.

Preference to Own Visa Holders.

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in the UAE.

Freshers with Real Estate Experience in Home Country can also apply

Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Professional presentation and demeanour.
