Key Responsibilities
Source, list, and promote residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations
Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
Stay informed about local real estate regulations and emerging investment zones
Use CRM platforms to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications
Collaborate with marketing to enhance property exposure and lead generation
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or other languages is an advantage
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
