Sales Agent

to join our growing international team.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads to successfully convert them into clients. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Conduct property viewings, prepare offers, and negotiate deals to close successful transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals. Stay updated on local market trends, property listings, and competitors. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and legal, to ensure a seamless client experience. Accurately record all interactions and transactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

Language Skills:

Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in real estate sales is a plus.

Sales Skills:

Strong client development and relationship management abilities; skilled in tailoring solutions to client needs.

Negotiation Skills:

Proven track record in closing deals through effective communication and negotiation.

Professionalism:

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Technology:

Familiarity with real estate CRMs, online listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
