One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent \xe2\x80\x93 Leasing Market to join their thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, a keen understanding of market trends, and excellent negotiation skills, also you will:

• Create detailed property listings for leasing, emphasizing key features and amenities.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants online and offline.

• Conduct consultations with property owners to understand leasing goals and preferences.

• Assess tenant requirements to match them with suitable leasing options.

• Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective tenants.

• Provide informative tours, highlighting features, amenities, and lease terms.

• Negotiate lease terms and conditions between property owners and potential tenants.

• Ensure lease agreements comply with local laws and regulations.

• Implement thorough tenant screening processes, including background checks and reference verification.

• Process lease applications and coordinate leasing decisions with property owners.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for optimal property conditions.

• Conduct periodic inspections to address issues promptly.

• Stay informed about market conditions and rental trends.

• Assist property owners in setting competitive rental prices based on market analysis.

• Manage lease documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local leasing laws.

• Provide guidance to property owners and tenants on legal obligations and rights.

• Foster positive tenant relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.

• Address inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions, including agreements, payments, and correspondence.

• Generate regular reports on leasing activity, property occupancy, and market trends.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Be educated to degree level.

• Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.

• UAE Driving License

• Have Good knowledge of Dubai\xe2\x80\x99s Real Estate market

• Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
