Job Description
** :** We are looking for an experienced Leasing and Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in leasing and sales, and should be able to work independently. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Respond to inquiries from clients and provide them with information about available properties
- Schedule property viewings and showings
- Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets **Requirements:** - Valid driver\'s license and access to a car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets -Speak English fluently and other language is a bonus **Compensation:** We also provide a visa, sim card, and leads to help you succeed. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month
