Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Dubai market, and the ability to close deals effectively.

ey Responsibilities
Actively prospect, identify, and develop new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry regulations in Dubai.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
Represent the company professionally in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales (real estate, Property developers)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Good knowledge of the Dubai property market and sales regulations (for real estate roles).
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
