Job Description
We, HFRE Properties are recruiting for Secondary Market Specialist for Off-Plan / On Plan who can lead and build a team. Ideal Candidate:
- Successful track record closing deals in UAE Real Estate secondary or Off Plan sales
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented
- Minimum 1 year of proven Dubai real estate market experience
- High standard of written and spoken English (more languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- RERA regulated / trained
- Own car and/or valid UAE driving license
- High & lucrative commission
- Property advertisement on the property portals in UAE and other countries
- Legal and team support
- Insurance
- Company visa
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- sales: 1 year (Required)
- Arabic (Preferred)
