Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell clinic services, treatments, and packages to walk-in patients and external leads. Build and maintain a strong client database through active outreach, referrals, and follow-ups. Provide personalized consultations to patients, explaining treatment options and packages. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a strong focus on conversion and upselling. Coordinate with the medical and front-desk team to ensure smooth service delivery for clients. Attend marketing events, community activities, and external meetings to expand sales opportunities. Maintain a high level of product and treatment knowledge to confidently present services. Prepare sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High level of confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients. Willing and able to relocate or commute to RAK. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals. Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused. Arabic or English proficiency (both is a plus).
