Responsibilities: * Prepare Quotations for the sales team
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling requests by phone.
- Communicate with sales team to ensure that orders are processed promptly & with accuracy
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requestedEnsure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
