About the role:
We're looking for a
Sales Administrator
who is passionate, organized, and ready to support a high-performing sales team in delivering exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
Manage CRM systems, update client records, and track sales progress.
Prepare sales documents, contracts, and follow-up on pending paperwork.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance) for smooth deal closures.
Respond to client inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
Generate reports, maintain data accuracy, and monitor KPIs for the sales team.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar role within real estate or property development.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
