Key Responsibilities
Act as the
main point of contact
at the venue for parents, students, and staff
Handle
enquiries, registrations, and follow-ups
professionally
Manage and update
CRM systems
(leads, attendance, payments, customer records)
Support
sales activities
, including converting enquiries into enrollments
Coordinate with coaches and head office to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle basic
administrative duties
(reports, schedules, attendance tracking)
Ensure a
positive customer experience
at all times
Key Requirements
Excellent English (spoken and written)

Previous experience in CRM systems

Sales or customer service experience
