Admin & Sales Officer
to join our team at the newly upgraded Karama Gymnastics Centre. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and consistent sales performance.
Role Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, registrations, renewals, and follow-ups
Communicate professionally with parents, coaches, and management
Track attendance, payments, and prepare administrative reports
Support monthly sales and retention targets through structured follow-up
Assist with scheduling, centre operations, and parent coordination
Requirements:
Strong English communication (spoken and written)
Must be able to travel reliably to the Karama venue
Good knowledge of
Excel
and willingness to undergo further Excel training
Experience in
sales, customer service, and retention
Organised, confident, and customer-focused
Professional presentation and positive attitude
