Sales Administrator

, where you'll play a key role in managing vehicle reporting, maintaining up-to-date sales information, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately update the PME vehicle reporting system in line with PME and Ali & Sons requirements. Provide the Sales Team with timely and precise specification and pricing details. Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate. Oversee car checking processes at the port and coordinate timely vehicle transfers to the storage facility. Prepare and submit weekly PME reports, including accurate customer information for the CSS program. Complete and submit monthly support claims to PME. Assist the Head of the Used Car Section with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

Role Purpose:

To ensure all data reporting to AVME/PME is completed within required timelines and to support the Sales Team with essential specification and pricing communication.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Prior exposure to administrative or sales support roles with a general understanding of business processes.

Education:

High School Certificate.

Languages:

Fluency in English is essential.

Software Skills:

Proficiency with standard computer applications and reporting systems.
