We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to support our training and education operations. The ideal candidate will manage client inquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate course schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries (phone, email, in-person) and provide course information.
Prepare and send
quotations, proposals, and invoices
.
Manage
student registrations, enrollments, and course documentation
.
Coordinate with trainers, students, and management on
training schedules
.
Maintain accurate records of
attendance, payments, and certifications
.
Assist the sales team in
follow-ups, lead tracking, and reporting
.
Support marketing activities such as
events, exhibitions, and campaigns
.
Ensure timely preparation of
sales and enrollment reports
.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
.
2-6 years of experience in
sales administration, training coordination, or office administration
.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Excellent English communication (verbal and written); Arabic is an advantage.
Experience in
education, training, or professional development institutes
is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
