Sales Administrator



Administrative support:

Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, such as managing calendars, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.

Sales activity coordination:

Schedule appointments, manage sales territories, and organize sales events or trade shows.

Client communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, answer product inquiries, and address client concerns.

Order and data management:

Input and track sales orders, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time. Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Sales strategy and reporting:

Assist in creating sales proposals and presentations, while also preparing and analyzing sales data and reports for management.

Team support:

Help the sales team by arranging training schedules, ensuring they have up-to-date materials, and monitoring performance to meet quotas.

Interdepartmental coordination:

Liaise with other departments to ensure that sales, marketing, and delivery operations are integrated and run smoothly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

UAE: 2 years (Preferred) Sales/ Front office/ Business Administration: 1 year (Required)
Language:

* English Fluently (Preferred)
