Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist daily clients; maintain a premium in-store experience Prepare

bills, quotations/estimates, invoices

; keep records accurate and organized Coordinate

orders

with tailors/production; track timelines and quality until delivery Proactive

follow-ups

via WhatsApp/phone/email for updates and feedback

Attend client meetings

when required; capture and relay requirements clearly Admin & reporting: update

Sheets/Excel/CRM

, maintain files, and prepare daily/weekly reports
Must-Have Requirements

Visa:

Personal visa with valid NOC

Nationality:

Any nationality is welcome to apply

Experience:

1-2 years in sales (preferred)

; retail/tailoring/uniforms/customer service is a plus

Communication:

Very good

English

(spoken & written);

Arabic is an advantage

Skills:

Organized, well-presented, customer-focused; strong coordination & follow-up

Tools:

Comfortable with

WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, basic office tools

Driving:

UAE Driving License is a plus

If licensed, company provides
