A Sales Administrator is a professional who is responsible for providing administrative support to a sales team. This includes tasks such as maintaining customer records, processing sales orders and invoices, and providing general customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to members over the phone, email, and in person
Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and transactions
Assist members with account maintenance and updates
Ensure that all customer service standards are met and exceeded
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a local Destination Management Company (DMC) or hotel reservations or in customer service , or call center
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
