Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales documents
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
Respond to client inquiries and follow up on sales activities
Assist with preparing sales reports and presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
