Job Description

Office Administrator required for a Holiday Homes Company; Female only - preferably on a family visa.

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and redirecting calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Handling cold callings.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
  • Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Admin: 1 year (Required)
