Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Prepare, update, and maintain sales agreements, booking forms, customer records, and payment schedules.
Track and manage leads, inquiries, and customer communications using CRM tools.
Coordinate with finance and legal departments for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analytics.
Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, organizing site visits, and follow-ups.
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with company policies.
Agency Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and external sales partners.
Onboard new agencies, providing them with project details, pricing, and marketing material.
Serve as the primary point of contact for agents' inquiries and support requests.
Monitor agency performance and track sales conversions from each partner.
Organize agent training sessions, project briefings, and promotional events.
Ensure agents comply with company policies, commission structures, and code of conduct.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales support, real estate sales, or agency coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
