We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Administrator
to join our training institute. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in
admissions, sales coordination, and lead management
within a training or educational institute. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support both students and management in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage student
admissions process
, including inquiries, registrations, and documentation.
Handle
sales leads
: follow up on inquiries, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely conversion.
Provide administrative support for
training programs, schedules, and classroom coordination
.
Prepare and maintain
reports
related to admissions, sales performance, and student attendance.
Assist in
marketing activities
such as events, email campaigns, and student outreach.
Coordinate with trainers, students, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Manage front desk operations, calls, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
Ensure compliance with institute policies and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Previous experience in
training institute administration, admissions, or sales support
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Preferred Background
Experience in
admissions & lead generation
within a training/education industry.
Knowledge of
UAE training/education compliance
is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
