Job Description

Overview: We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by managing documentation and ensuring timely service. Key tasks include maintaining records of quotations and orders, coordinating with customers, and assisting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and documentation Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and sales engineers Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups Support smooth processing of sales and after-sales activities

Skills Attributes Required:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong communication and coordination 2-3 years in administrative or secretarial roles. Strong attention to detail and customer service focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.
