Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track all sales activities, from property listing to deal closure.
Prepare sales documents, contracts, and listing agreements.
Schedule and confirm property viewings, inspections, and meetings.
Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client and property information.
Liaise between clients, agents, developers, and legal representatives.
Support the sales team with follow-ups and client communication.
Assist in preparing property listings for portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
Generate reports on leads, sales performance, and inventory updates.
Ensure compliance with legal and brokerage standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate, sales coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PropSpace).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and transaction processes.
Familiarity with real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.).
