We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Administration Assistant
to provide dedicated support to a Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational efficiency
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, files and documentation
Manage and update internal databases with client, personal, business and financial information
Process new client accounts and life insurance applications promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards
Compile, review and organize necessary documentation to support sales operations
Liaise with clients and internal departments to follow up on outstanding items and close files efficiently
Prepare regular sales reports, presentations and proposals to support business development efforts
Coordinate team activities and provide support to colleagues as needed
Handle diary management, scheduling meetings, appointments and calls for the Sales Manager
Assist with planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and client initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar administrative support role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-first attitude
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in records, documentation and communication
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with CRM or office management software
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload accordingly
Degree in Business Administration is a plus
Must have excellent command of the English language (read, write and understand), any other language would be considered an asset
