Key Responsibilities for SALES ADMINISTRATION:
Enter and follow customer orders, create and follow quotation, create costing (on our system information)
Complete the Acknowledgment order.
Update delays in the customer information system,
Follow the stock and consult it during the order registration,
Take control of customer progress requests, relaunch production/scheduling if necessary,
Complete OTD (ON TIME DELIVERY) reconciliations
Regular points with the customer
Key Responsibilities for LOGISTICS / SUPPLIER:
Definition and monitoring of the stock management policy (monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods);
Implementation of the supply plan using the forecast base, production plan or industrial and commercial plan (PIC);
Processing and tracking orders from suppliers to delivery (enter and send purchase orders to suppliers, and follow the order services to external suppliers with updated accused and failure dates,)
Sending "SCORECARD" to suppliers
Internal communication: Provide the relevant internal departments (sales administration, Production, Quality, Control, etc.) the information on purchase orders by
