Job Description

Position Summary

Job Purpose:

  • Monitor and update Sales Progress including- PO, signed PI, system DO, system Billing and Aging stock
  • Work with SCM Team on weekly sales Target and achievement
  • Support KAMs on applying approved promotion, reversal, alignment and other sales task
  • Monitor Month end Bias, Month end logistic coordination
Role and Responsibilities

Key Objectives:
  • Improve sales operation
  • Develop a general instruction on routine work with detailed instruction from management.
  • To work closely with SCM/PM/Sales on day to day operation
  • To reduce overdue claims and develop claim tracker to avoid payment issue
Core Responsibilities:
  • Make sure to delivery and apply promotion on time
  • Ensure to monitor and follow up sales tracking such as (Weekly sell in and Sellout)
  • Support KAM/SCM/PM on daily operation
Skills and Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales Admin within the UAE market
  • Understanding of the Consumer Electronics market dynamics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public group and or client
  • Computer literate and advanced user of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
