Key Responsibilities
Stand Presence:
Maintain a professional and approachable presence at the stand, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and well-equipped with marketing materials.
Project Knowledge:
Learn and clearly explain details of Mira Development's real estate projects to visitors, highlighting key features and benefits.
Visitor Engagement:
Actively approach and interact with potential clients and visitors, providing excellent customer experience.
Lead Registration:
Collect visitor information and ensure all data is accurately captured in the system.
Coordination:
Work closely with brokers and relationship managers on-site to ensure a seamless handover of leads and visitor details.
Reporting:
Provide daily updates on leads and visitor feedback to the team for continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in customer service, events, promotions, or hospitality is preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
Quick to learn and able to retain product knowledge
Well-groomed, punctual, and reliable
Comfortable working in high-traffic, fast-paced environments
