Preparation of payment certificates and deliver it to Escrow bank
Obtaining payment certificate and applying for contractor payment
Completing process of contractor payment from Escrow
Apply for registration amount of property from Escrow Account
Handling RERA audit and maintaining all records
Property registration
Managing Oqood and DSA system operation
Monitor and control Noqodi transactions
Updating registration status in system and liaising with DLD for any error in property registration procedure
Managing entire process of property settlement, cancellation, and termination in line with DLD regulation and RERA rules
Applying and handing DLD project inspection requirements
Handling customer dispute cases and other RERA matters at DLD
Managing Oqood & Title Deed application and issuance
Managing advertisement and marketing activities RERA permits
Supporting legal department with necessary details for court cases and assisting issuing enforcement notice in coordination with legal department when required
Key Requirement:
Minimum 3 years real estate developer DLD affairs background is essential
Communication skills (written & spoken) in English, Arabic speaker is essential
Solid knowledge and experience of real estate laws, RERA regulation and compliance
Expert in developer registration, off plan project registration, escrow account process and property registration, cancellation, and termination
Existing connections at DLD and master developer (DP/ Nakheel) is strongly required
