Expertise in Odoo ERP or comparable order management systems (experience with Odoo is a must).
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to balance dual responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant sales support software.
Strong communication skills, capable of working independently and in a remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage our E-commerce platform by overseeing order processing, updating inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain and monitor product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement online.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling documentation.
Act as a personal assistant to the sales team, facilitating timely follow-ups, meeting coordination, and record keeping.
Compile sales reports and assist with forecasting and performance tracking.
Collaborate with other departments to align E-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives and support sales strategies.
