Job Description
Our client a startup in the events industry is seeking to bring on board a sales and administration coordinator to join their Dubai Office. You will be an integral part of the Sales Team and work closely with sales and internal operations team. You will also be the key point of contact in managing and sharing the communication between clients and internal teams. .

Responding to and following up with incoming client inquiries via email, calls and any other platform.

Responding to and following up with incoming client inquiries via email, calls and any other platform.
- Communicating with clients and collecting the key information required for creating client proposals.
- Creating client proposals and quotes based on the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Closely following up with the client till closure/confirmation.
- Sharing confirmed project details with the operations team.
- Managing and updating CRM data and other relevant data supporting sales team.
- Keeping proposal templates updated
- Completing all vendor registrations on client-assigned systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reaching out to hotels partners for availability and venue bookings.
- Creating and sharing invoices with clients and following up for payments.
- Any Admin related tasks for smooth sales or office operations
- Posting on Social Media & community management \xe2\x80\x93 Linkedin, FB, Insta \xe2\x80\xa2 Website management \xe2\x80\x93 updating content, design and features as per business requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Sending email campaigns to our database
