FinTech Client of Synmatch AI
A fast-growing FinTech client of Synmatch AI is looking for a Sales Acquisition Specialist to drive growth in the UAE. If you excel at lead generation, client acquisition and building strong commercial relationships, this role offers high visibility and impact.
What You Will Do
--------------------
Identify and target potential clients across multiple industries in the UAE. Generate qualified leads using modern tools and convert them into new business. Develop tailored pitches and onboard new clients. Manage relationships with acquired clients and ensure excellent service. Build long-term partnerships to maximise retention and upselling. Use market insights to shape effective sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams. Track sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
What You Bring

2-3 years of sales acquisition or account management experience in the UAE. Strong local network and knowledge of the UAE business landscape. Excellent prospecting, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. CRM and sales software experience is a plus. Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
