Sales Acquisition Specialist - E-commerce (Hunting Role)

Location: UAE (Office-Based)

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Paymob, focused exclusively on e-commerce and online businesses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a purely hunting environment with no leads provided and is experienced in selling payment gateway, payment links, and BNPL (Tabby & Tamara) solutions to online merchants.

What You'll Do

Identify, prospect, and onboard online businesses (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) needing digital payment solutions.

Sell a wide range of Paymob's e-commerce products, including:

? Payment Gateway

? Payment Links

? Apple Pay / Google Pay

? Buy Now, Pay Later (Tabby, Tamara)

Conduct online product demos and manage end-to-end sales via email, calls, and virtual meetings.

Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and industry research.

Ensure timely onboarding and smooth activation of acquired merchants.

Collaborate with operations and support teams to drive merchant satisfaction and growth.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales or fintech (preferably with a Banking, PSP, BNPL, or aggregator).

Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, WordPress ecosystems.

Proven success in merchant acquisition and online sales -- this is a pure hunting role.Self-starter with a go-getter mindset and a passion for targets and commissions.

Excellent communication, closing, and presentation skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable managing multiple tools/CRMs.
