Core Duties

• Generate qualified leads and acquire new enterprise accounts for Pro-AV and automation products
• Build and manage strategic client relationships with consistent engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Assess client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and deliver professional solution presentations
• Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with company standards and profitability goals
• Manage sales execution, delivery, and installation of products and solutions to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide after-sales support and promptly resolve issues to maintain service excellence
• Track sales performance metrics and refine strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets
• Collaborate with internal procurement, marketing, technical, and finance teams to optimize operations
• Stay updated on industry developments through training and professional networking

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, business, or related field
• 6-7 years of sales experience in Pro-Audiovisual or home automation solutions
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, home automation technologies, control software, cloud, and networking
• Proven record of selling solutions to clients in sectors such as hospitality, retail, education, or government
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales management tools
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
