This role is purely focused on managing and growing existing and dormant client accounts. You'll play a key role in driving business success through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling -- not cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing and inactive clients
Identify growth opportunities and promote additional services
Conduct client meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare strategic plans for account growth and client success
Hit monthly revenue and retention targets
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
At least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
A background in recruitment, HR tech platforms, or HR-related services
A track record in client retention and upselling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
