Job Description
Looking for passionate, energetic, senior- level experience (minimum 7-8 years in UAE) with a solid sales background, preferably in the ELV Segment, primarily with CCTV, Structured cabling, Access Control, Time attendance system and AI, PABX systems, UPS solutions. Good personality and effective communication skills. This is a Salary + commission-based job with attractive commission payout structure.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Candidate should be able to demonstrate & exhibit the following qualities & skillsets.
Graduate from Bachelor & Business Administration background Must have brand awareness and good relationships with leading vendors in CCTV, Access Control, Structured cabling, Intercom systems and other ELV vendors Knowledge of Industry products and solutions and should be techno commercial. Leadership Qualities Manage, motivate and lead a team of sales executives & presales. Good team management skills with highly effective communication skills. Should be customer friendly. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Create sales forecasts/pipeline management, budgets and reports for senior management. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Must have strong relationship building skills with key clients and stakeholders

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
