Sales Account Manager

Adecco Middle East is looking for a Sales Account Manager for one of our reputed clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
Overall experience of +10 years with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales & business development experience.

Prior sales experience in the UAE market with strong customer connections.

Prior experience in acquiring and working with potential partners to expand our reach.

Strong experience in closing deals with large enterprises and governmental clients (B2G).

Comfortable holding high-level technical discussions with customers.

Basic Software Engineering background and general technology awareness.

Past account management experience where you exceeded quota and met key performance metrics.

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Experience working within the enterprise software development industry.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic is a plus.
