The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day resale and off-plan sales activities, managing operations, and driving business growth through effective planning and execution. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to guide and support agents in closing deals, and a consistent focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing the resale and off-plan teams to achieve and exceed targets
Handling sales operations and ensuring smooth processes
Developing business strategies and action plans to drive results
Providing professional guidance and support to agents in deal closures
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the Real Estate Market
Valid UAE Driving License and own car
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of driving results
Excellent English communication skills (any nationality)
Available to join immediately
