Job Vacancy: Sales Manager - Building Material Industry (UAE)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the UAE construction industry.
Experience Required:
7-8 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE construction market
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
Identify new market opportunities and oversee key accounts
Manage tenders, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and reports
Requirements:
7-8 years of UAE experience in construction sales
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of construction projects, materials, or contracting services
Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
Valid UAE driving license preferred
