A Day In The Life Of A Sales Executive Making phone calls to warm leads - we do not cold call clients Qualifying clients- finding out exactly what their needs and wants are by asking both open and closed questions. For example, "Where are you in the buying life cycle? What type of property are you after? Villa, Apartment? What's your budget? Have you seen any properties you've liked so far?" Speaking directly with developers & property owners Arranging property viewings with prospective clients Creating property valuations using the tools provided Keeping yourself up to date with on-going, on and off-site training on every aspect of real estate in the UAE - including local market trends Negotiating with landlords, buyers, sellers, tenants etc Seeing a deal through from start to finish - from the first introduction to the final contract signing ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction along the way.
